Karen's Adventures in Storybrooke Blog Banner

Recently I designed the banner for Karen (of Lost blogging fame) and her awesome write-ups for the TV show "Once Upon A Time"

Sketch Studies

Illustration of Karen

Castle Logo: Since Once Upon A Time is all about Fairytale characters come to this world I choose to create a castle and made one of the turrets the clock tower that's so prominent in the real world of the show.

This is the banner, I decided to go with this book since usually in from of many of the old Disney fairytales there's a book to tell you backstory and since the character Henry carries around a very similar storybook.

Shasta Logo and Packaging Redesign

I was asked to take a soda, shampoo or other liquid product and redesign the logo and packaging. I choose Shasta since I felt that product really needed a redesign and also I remember it fondly from childhood.

This is the photoshoot that I had done.

Book Illustrations

For another illustration I was asked to design some book covers. I had a hard time choosing from Watership Down, Frankenstien, Hunchback of Notredame, Pride & Prejudice, and The Hobbit. I ended up choosing The Hunchback of Notredame and Pride and Prejudice.

THese are cloud studies that I did.

This is my first attempt at Hunchback which I liked, but it didn't show his hunchback.
